Hi,
The profile image issue happens with Samsung S7 S8 S9, not sure about iphone.
I have tried conflict testing it but still that rotate issue remains. I also tested the Samsung phones on your demo site (ultimatememberdemo.com) and no change there.

For mobile devices you could have a gif to replace the video
