I don’t have a caching plugin activated.

Tried it, still didn’t work. Was kind of expecting it since emojis also don’t appear in the Dashboard, even when editing a comment and adding it from there. I’ll post in the WP support forums, thanks!

I have the same problem, one of the recent updates must have broken the feature because I have older posts with images that it used to work on and it just doesn’t anymore.

unfortunately, I use DMS which is different from regular themes and adding that to functions.php just breaks my blog.

Thank you for explaining! I read the Sucuri article since I last posted and figured it probably had something to do with XML-RPC. I’ll look into getting a WAF, thanks again!

This issue has been fixed in 1.4.3.

I’m using the latest version of Jetpack and today, for the first time ever, it sent out two posts, one that was 3 years old and another one from one year ago.

Hope it gets fixed soon.
