Oh wait stupid me i just didn’t put in anyone can register in settings lol
Do you have WordPress app on your IOS? As on settings you can connect to WordPress.com as that’s what worked for me.

Are you sure the account you are trying to connect with is WordPress.com not www.ads-software.com?
Have you tried deleting the plugin from your computer and then redownloading it? If so then try installing Jetpack manually https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

In reply to: add a profile pic to users profilefirstly, your users need to sign up to Gravatar with the email address they used to comment or if they have an account the email they used to create an account. Secondly, they need to upload their desired picture to their Gravatar page It should probably work.
