Current Premium mapsvg version is 8.4.22
We’re working on the new version of MapSVG Lite 8.x that will be released in October but it will be on the different URL so you’ll need to delete the current mapsvg-lite and reinstall it

This is is support desk for MapSVG-Lite (Free version) which is not maintained since a long time ago. Please open a support ticket: https://mapsvg.ticksy.com or mail directly to [email protected] – all of the bugs were already fixed, please update the plugin to the latest version 6.0.9 (which you can download from CodeCanyon).

I have found that the file ‘…vendor/autoload.php’ was already required in another plugin so require_once above was returning bool(true) instead of an object

@jcollier MapSVG should be working fine with WP 5.x (it was tested).

@jbleys MapSVG tries to do a request to https://staff.washington.edu/jbleys/wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?page=1&sortBy=id&sortDir=desc&perpage=30&action=mapsvg_data_get_all&map_id=78&table=database – and it seems that your server doesn’t let to open that link for non-authorized users. “admin-ajax.php” file (from the link above) belongs to WordPress core and it should be available for WP themes and plugins.

And the cause is very simple: you have turned on the following option: “Menu > Settings > Disable All Regions”. Just turn it off.

Now I see what you mean. Regions are not clickable. I need some time to find the cause.

Hi, you can show a Popover on click. Tooltip on hover. Details View (large info window on click) was always available only in the Premium version. I checked your map and when I click on a region or directory item I see a popover.
