what I meant was not sorting on docs page but to display the latest documents as a list like popular documents regardless of their category. I want to show this on my home page or sidebar so users will be aware what are the latest published docs without visiting the docs main page. There is a shortcut for popular documents, i was hoping to find same for latest documents.

Dear Neil, I tested your scenario by first uploading the Word/Excel file to the media library and opening from there. It opens successfully.

However, when I upload the same file to WPDR and download, the pop up says:

“Excel cannot open the file because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.”

Is there away to edit or upload this large amount from the database?

If yes in which table the data is stored?

Thank you for the quick reply. I think there is limit saying you exceed the limit when we try importing 6000 rows.
