Sorry, I’m worried my email reply might have ended up in your spam box. I looked at everything you mentioned and all were correct.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPHi Marko,
I was on a short holiday. Yes, the browser cache has been turned off for some days now. I double checked and it’s saying “Browser caching is currently disabled.”As for the .htaccess file, is there a secure way I can send that to you?
Thank you!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPOk, done.
And I was using “Adaptive Images for WordPress” and “Perfect Images (Retina, Thumbnails, Replace)” but I deactivated them a week ago when I first started troubleshooting. I haven’t re-activated them since. (on that note, I’ve also disabled all my plugins a few at a time to make sure there’s no conflict. That was a few days ago)
Also, I didn’t realize that I had Autoptimize handling the lazy-load for some reason and not W3. I’ve now switched it to having W3 handle it. I purged all the caches again after the switch.
It doesn’t look like anything has changed.
Thank you!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPSorry, I’m deleting this comment. There were webp images showing up, but it seems it was just my browser cache throwing some in occasionally. Everything still appears to be JPG.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPHi,
Ok, I checked it and it was already set on Origin Controlled. I played around with some of the other settings and nothing I did changed anything…I’m still poking around…Thanks for any other suggestions.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPHi Marko,
Ok, I just figured out the reason for the problem! But I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s an issue with Stackpath CDN. I turned it off in W3’s General settings and instantly all my images were served as Webp.Is there some setting with Stackpath that I should adjust that you know of?
Thanks!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPHello Marko,
Thanks! I’ll take a look. And just to be certain, you’re speaking of the .htaccess file that’s located in the root folder of the site or the one located in the public_html folder?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Image Service isn’t serving WebPThank you for the reply Marko.
This is strange. I’m still that particular image you linked (feat_img_pano) as a jpg, as well as all the other images on that page…unless if I’m looking in the wrong place for the info.
Here’s a link to a screenshot of my browser: Browser Screenshot
Assuming that’s the correct place I should be checking, it’s showing me the same info on multiple browsers on two different computers.
I disabled the Browser Cache and purged as you suggested. But seems it didn’t work. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
To add to this, it seems nothing I do except deactivate Cerber will bring back allowing comments to my posts. In fact, while using mobile, I can’t even click the “submit” button. When trying to click it nothing happens. Turn Cerber off…I can click it and submit it no problem. So it never even has a chance to go to spam.
I’ve been adding query paths to the whitelist based on what I’m seeing coming through in the Traffic Inspector, but no luck so far. Any ideas?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Latest Version – Cannot Access WP Dashboard while ActiveAh great. Thank you for explaining that. I was aware of the Database Cache probably not being beneficial for my site, but I didn’t realize Object Cache isn’t advisable on a shared server.
Ok, everything seems to be running smoothly now. Thank you for your time!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Latest Version – Cannot Access WP Dashboard while ActiveHi, no problem!
Yes, I’m on a shared server and the caching method is/was set to Disk.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Latest Version – Cannot Access WP Dashboard while ActiveLast one for tonight…
I rolled back to the previous version, enabled Object Cache, and the problem happened again. So it seems it has nothing to do with the new version.
Cerber has had an update recently, as well as Yoast. But again, I’ve disabled them with no effect. Not really sure where the problem is. If you have any ideas, I’m happy to poke around.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Latest Version – Cannot Access WP Dashboard while ActiveHi,
Sorry! I’m writing so many messages, your head probably wants to explode!
So I went ahead and deleted the advanced-cache.php file and the above problem went away. I’m positive I deleted it before when deleting everything else, so not sure what happened. All is good for that problem.
Still having the Object cache problem though.
