No, in each member profile at wp-admin. So, this way the user can simple go to you profile at wp-admin and manage the subscriptions to each followed post.

How each member have the ability to login at wp-admin and edit your personal informations (profile) is better a link to edit suscriptions there than have to fill a form with his email, wait a email response and click at email link so manage the subscriptions.

I have many duplicated registrations with same user.
Once registering, the member must choice at a least his username, and not a hash number.
