In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesThat is exactly what I would love to do. The request is from 2019, could it be implemented in the near future?

In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesSo, just as a request, if you can’t fix this using another version of FA5, it would be helpful that you separate your FA5 version from the icon styles you use (search icon cart, notification icon…), to be able to dequeue your FA5 and to queue a version that works fine.

In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesOh, in this post they are saying what I’m trying to explain.
I know how Font Awesome is used basically, so I think the real problem is when you are compiling your Font Awesome 5 in SASS.
This shows perfectly what I was trying to explain when I said “I think the problem it’s that you are using the glyphs”.
When I download StoreFront from the WordPress repository and I open the icons file, I can see you are not using
\e000;
format anymore, maybe because of compiling SASS.The result I have when I open the icons.css file in StoreFront theme (
storefront/assets/css/base/icons.css
) is this:That’s why I was saying that I think the problem is occasioned by this because maybe this format tends to fail more than the
\e000;
format- This reply was modified 3 years, 8 months ago by pablomiralles.

In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesI think the problem it’s that you are using the glyphs. I’ve seen that in font awesome is used codes like “\e000”. It is possible to change it to this version?

In reply to: [Storefront] Font Awesome icons fails sometimesNow it has happened again.
Notification icon showed this string: “??a”
The magnifier glass in single product showed this one: “?€?”
And the clean variation selection icon showed: “?€?”I will try both things you are telling me, and if I can’t fix it I will post here again.
I will also post if all is working correctly, to let you Solve this issue.
Thank you!
Hi @dromero20 , please remove the inline style if we choose “inherit styles from theme”. I develop custom themes and I like to add MailPoet to my clients to setup a newsletter. But I always have to fight with these shitty styles in my theme, with !important.
In what does “padding: 5px;” help in an input field exactly? I’ve requested this in the feature web of MailPoet because I think this is not a feature, it’s a failure, but I’ve been waiting like… 1 or 2 years?
It would be interesting to see this question solved. It’s a so interesting feature but it doesn’t work at all.
Will you add the “product abadoned in cart” item in the template creation for a REALLY good abandoned cart email?
It would be amazing to see that.
Thank you
I’m glad to know that you are working in the dark version of Gutenberg editor^^ Even so, I think to darken the classic editor is important too, because not all people will use Gutenberg for now.
If you need help, I could help you with the styles stuff.
Same problem here, but with the /stats folder (the weight of the files are similar). That’s not a problem of configuration of 1 site. I have more than 50 with WordFence and today the scan is failing in a lot of them :C
