How about changing the php.ini (or where ever the PHP settings are) Could the PHP settings for the entire site be overriding the plugin limit? I know there is a PHP setting for upload file size limits.

I spoke to GoDaddy for over an hour on this and they did not help much. But I think it was related to their servers not functioning properly or a recent change(May 2014) in a rule.

I ended up switching my SMTP settings on WordPress to use our MS Office 365 relay account and that works fine. So that eliminates the idea that the plugin was the issue.

Getting back to GoDaddy. We were using an email account with a different domain than the website domain. Even though both domains are hosted on GoDaddy. But I can say that we did not have the problem when we used the same email and web domains.

GoDaddy could never answer as to why it worked up until this month when we had the web and email domains different.

Godaddy’s limit for an email via smtpout.secureserver.net port 80 is 20MB. GoDaddy says its not an issue on their server.

Just curious of the other folks having the problem are using GoDaddy AND using smtpout.secureserver.net port 80 to send out?

FYI, if I use GoDaddy’s webmail to send the same attachment to and from the same email addresses, I have no issues. So I don’t think its a limitation on the GoDaddy hosting account.

We use GoDaddy as our host. Anyone else? I tried a jpg under 100K and it seems to work. The limit I have set on the plugin is 5MB. I’ve tried sending 1MB and 700K without luck.

I have been having the same issue. I’ve tried different sizes of jpg and png and gif attachments and still have not found a pattern.

I know it use to work since I have received some earlier this month.

Yes I did fix it. If I recall, I had to change the px setting on one of the fields in the “styles” tab of the settings. I forget which one it was, but maybe the “Input select fields:” which mine is set to text-align:left; height:40px; now.

Well I uninstalled and still have the “not available” in the WPMAIL area.

Any other ideas? I really like this plugin and wish to purchase.

Frank, I said that the way you say to remove it DOES NOT totally remove it. There must be some files remaining since when I reinstall it, it remembers many of my settings which are not the original default settings.

Yes, I have checked that and also changed it several time to see if it would make any difference, but it did not.

Can you give me detaile dinstructions on how to MANUALLY remove the plugin. I did it using the normal way, and reinstalled it and it seems to not remove totally since it remembered many of my settings. I want to uninstall but also make sure to manually remove any the files left over before I reinstall it.

If the WPMAIL shows “not available”, then it has no way of knowing where to email it.

The sending to the users works since they enter their email addresses and just comes from “admin”

Is there a file I can edit to manually input the WPMAIL?

Yes I have made sure that is ON. I also switched it on/off several times and it is still not getting the WPMAIL.

I also would like to know how to change the from “admin” on the emails that the appointment makers receive.
