Testing evidence indicates google calendar is limiting the file size of the subscription.

How can I archive old events (don’t want to loose the history by deleting events)?
Or, filter the subscription around the current date (like 3 months before and 3 months after the current date)?

I am still hoping for a solution that will check if a user account is active on the site.

If a user account is deactivated in the backend, the user should not be able to login. SS does not check if the account is active/inactive. Please suggest the proper placement in the SS plugin to make the check.

Yes, user would be logged in and the button/widget would be available to a specific role assigned to a moderator or administrator. In the case of a button the [shortcode role=’moderator’] would define the to: group. A widget might have a dropdown. In either case a send verification would be helpful. (are you sure you want to send this email?)

I am trying to provide a site that is frontend only to the membership and leadership. Trying to simplify the user and leadership experience. The primary function of the site is to build a “mission” request, publish it to a calendar, and send it in a email blast to the membership. This is currently working, but requires the email to be sent from the backend using “Email Users”. And it work great! I am looking for a tweak to trigger the email from the frontend.

With a post displayed on the frontend I need a button (shortcode) that would send a group email of the post. This would be the simple solution for my need. A more useful or robust solution might be a sidebar widget that would allow selection (dropdown) of the individual or group to direct the email of the post.

Formatting of the email would be predefined in the backend.

I have tried two themes that respond the same Woocomerce Storefront and WordPress Twenty Sixteen. With the Widget backend working correctly I have activated/deactivated plugins to discover which plugin is causing the problem and this test points to Super Socializer. When SS is active the widget backend screen is frozen (no response of any kind). Deactivate SS widget backend works properly. Let me know how I can help.

First of all, thanks for the great plugin. It play well with others!

I have successfully added, Login With Ajax, to a main menu with the help of, Widgets in Menu for WordPress. In div mode it displays the login as a dropdown and in modal it pops the login. This login also has Super Socializer in the login, works great.

I have a second site that uses Max Mega Menu for the menu manager and it, does not, display the menu correctly. It adds two layers of sub-menus. It still works, but you have to select the lowest menu level. I am trying to determine which plugin is adding the extra sub-menus, my guess it is Max Mega Menu.

WordPress has written the specification for user authentication. Currently Socializer does not seem to be following that specification as it does not check if the user account has been activated. If you follow the WordPress spec I think you will find all that is needed for proper authentication.

Additional testing has shown the use of autoplay seems to be the problem. The following popup is configured as;

<video src=”/wp-content/uploads/Registration.mp4″ autoplay> </video>

Configured with a button on the page to trigger the popup, with the intent that it will autoplay after the button trigger. Problem is it triggers when the page is loaded, not when the button is clicked.

Please advise.
