I’m sorry but what you want to do is not possible, if you can limit the obtaining of points by day, week, month and year, you can also limit by user role, but you cannot condition how you want.

Another important piece of information is that the point limit is applied per user, but not for all users at the same time.

In the backend it can be done as explained in the video that you passed the link, or in bulk from GamiPress-> Tools-> Import / Export, but it is not possible to do it from the frontend.

With GamiPress you have the WooCommerce Points Gateaway plugin, this plugin allows you to use the GamiPress points as a payment gateway for WooCommerce, being able to perform the functionality you want, for example:
Spend 50 GamiPress points to buy X tickets.
Here is a link to the documentation on this plugin.
But it only works for you if for example you have Lottery for WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/es-es/products/lottery-for-woocommerce/, since GamiPress does not have any plugin of this type.

Surely what is happening to you is that you are giving a like with the same account that you created the post.

GamiPress includes a system to prevent authors from liking themselves.
Do a test giving yourself a like with another user other than the one who created the post and it will add the point.
