Thank you for your speedy reply! The theme is Weaver Xtreme 4.3.1.5 and it has only been customized through the theme customizer, not theme editor. Is there someplace I can check to see how hooks are configured? Thanks much!

Hi – the page is created as a “post”. However using the shortcode did work, you can see this now at the same URL.

Can someone please advise me on updating manually? Deactivating this plugin really messes things up. I’ve downloaded 7.24 but I’m afraid of messing stuff up further. Do I just deactivate 7.23, upload 7.24 then activate? Do I need to delete 7.23 first? Any sage advice would be appreciated.
