I just updated to the latest Pods and it seems I can now edit my custom post type with both Essential Grid and Events Calendar active!!

Thank you – I went there first but they have suggested that the problem is with Pods. I’ll keep trying to debug and get to the bottom of it. I’ve tried clearing the cache and there don’t seem to be any errors in the PHP logs.

Thank you for confirming that. This may well have something to do with the fact that the posts are a custom post type. I imagine deactivating my custom post type plugins will resolve this, however the site can’t operate without them. I’m happy with the ‘pending review’ workaround for now ??
