In reply to: [Ads.txt & App-ads.txt Manager for WordPress] Minimize redirectsHi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
Just so you know, our plugin is creating ads.txt and app-ads.txt (virtual) files…
It’s absolutely not adding links and changing anything with your website !
How can you be sure that it’s related to our plugin ?
Also, we just looked at your website and we could not find any ads.txt or app-ads.txt file.
Let us know
Regards
Hi,
Bialty plugin is compatible with Rank Math plugin. However, it’s not possible to use Rank math keywords (as Yoast) to fill Alt tags.
However, we could add this feature to our TODO list (for next updates).

Hi,
We just checked… No more notification on our end once dismissed.
Are you sure that they are related to Mobilook plugin ?
Let us know
Thanks
HI,
Thank you for your review …
I guess that you are talking about some notifications.
They are not supposed to show again once dismissed, probably a bug…
Why didn’t you ask for support about this earlier ?
Anyway, we will look at this closely.
Thanks again

Hi,
Thank you for providing these details…
Unfortunately, we could not find out what was causing this issue from your production site.
Could you please to disable your plugins one by one, on your website in order to see which one is causing this ? (so keep Bialty enabled, then disable one by one all your plugin).
Let us know
Also, please send us an email for next steps … ([email protected])
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you …
However, we deeply regret that you already provided a review before letting us know about your issue, check what’s not working properly with your website and maybe try to fix it.
Sometimes, it’s just a simple bug.
But anyway …

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your question, you have another choice, which it to use image name … That’s the only way to make sure each image has a specific Alt Tag.
You can also use our META to use a specific Alt tag (other than Keyword, post title, etc)… https://www.dropbox.com/s/rbdo0g1kbfy41jq/meta-box.png?dl=0
Just so you know, your SEO will never be armed because all images contained on a page have similar Alt tags … It’s actually the opposite.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About this issue, I would recommend to simply disable Bialty plugin locally, using this feature : https://prntscr.com/r5xphh
It should fix it.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
We confirm that Bialty plugin will do the Job for Alt text. I would recommend Bigta plugin for Title tags …
Our main website (https://better-robots.com/) is also using WPML with 6 languages and Both plugins are working great.
If using Woocommerce, please upgrade to PRO versions for both plugins.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About this, unfortunately, Bialty plugin is not fully compatible with Ninja forms.
However, there is a simple solution to bypass temporary this incompatibility. Simply disable locally Bialty plugin with this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/rbdo0g1kbfy41jq/meta-box.png?dl=0
We will keep this issue on our TODO list for next updates.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your theme, https://www.ads-software.com/themes/hueman/, we have tested both plugins, Bigta and Bialty, and they are working properly on our side.
We have used Nimble Page Builder and no visible conflict. No issue on archive page. No issue on single post or page.
Apparently, this theme only recommends Nimba Builder. No other plugin comes with it. Meaning that it’s not an issue with theme but probably something else (another plugin).
The best would be to disable all plugins and just keep Nimba builder and Bialty enabled on your website and see if issue is resolved.
If yes, then, we have to find which plugin is causing this.
Let us know
Regards
We’re on it ! We will let you know.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your issue, the thing is that Better Robots.txt plugin does not have any sitemap feature. It does not create or manage any sitemap for your website.
The only thing related to sitemaps that Better Robots.txt plugin does, is to detect/add it to your robots.txt. That’s it.
Meaning that if you have issues with your sitemap, you’d better look with Yoast plugin, which is i charge of generating these sitemaps.
Hope it helps
Regards
PS: we just looked at your sitemap index, and we confirm that it’s not working properly (which also confirm that Yoast plugin is causing this issue).
