Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
We are experiencing some compatibility issues with some cache plugins.
We are currently working at fixing this.
Try to disable Swift performance plugin while activating BIALTY plugin and see if there is still an issue…
Thank you for your patience.

Hi @mymothersdaughter ,
Thank you for contacting us…
Could you please provide your website URL so that we can look at this ?
Or you can use our email : [email protected]

You’re right ! The situation evoked by this user was so unthinkable that we, too quickly perhaps, reacted to his remarks on the defensive. Which was not appropriated …
Just read your link, very instructive ! Thanks for this …
Dear @moridev ,
This plugin has been audited with most popular & efficient security systems (Plugin Security Scanner, Sucuri, Wordfence, …) available and has NEVER been flagged as containing virus or damaging in anyway WordPress files.
Considering that this is your first activity ever on www.ads-software.com, I guess that your intention was to hurt the credibility of this plugin, our team and our professionalism …
I invite WordPress team at reviewing our plugin.

Hi @akgt
Thank you for contacting us.
Bialty plugin adds ONLY Alt texts (no titles) to images contained inside your pages, posts and products. It uses page/post/product titles and Yoast Focus keywords defined for each of your pages/posts/products.
The best way to see if it fits with your needs would be to try it. Once installed, activate it on your pages and posts, save, then check your HTML code between Header and Footer area, on your pages/posts.
If using YOAST SEO plugin, you will see that Yoast Focus Keywords & Post titles are added to Alt texts. You could add your site name to your Alt Texts.
Let us know if you need help.

Hi,
Is it possible to clarify your problem ?
Do you mean that your post titles (or Yoast Focus keywords) in russian letters are not added to your image alt texts by BIALTY ?
Thank you
Hello @arsoftware2018
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your message, as we mention on settings page, Bialty plugin adds Alt texts to images contained between header and footer, meaning that it strictly manages alt texts of images contained inside your pages, posts and products.
Moreover, the description specifies that it uses page/post/product titles and Yoast Focus keywords defined for each of your pages/posts/products. Considering that your footer content (including your header) is repeated on all your pages and is not related to any specific page/post/product content, it explains why Bialty cannot modify or create Alt texts for images contained in these specific areas.
Hope this help.
Let us know if you need more info.

Dear Joe Bloggs,
Thank you for your patience.
We might know why you have experienced this issue.
Bialty replaces alt tags “on the fly” while using a search/replace function via php. Which means that the changes are not saved in database. That’s why we mentioned on our description page that alt texts are not visible inside your editor or media library (only on front-end).
It could explain some CPU usage when performing this function
However, this function, which requires very low CPU usage, should never impact your global CPU performance to this point… unless your have a very limited hosting server (i.e. shared hosting).
No matter what you do, we would recommend to upgrade your hosting server or contact your hosting provider to greater your hosting plan. It will probably help you get also better performance on loading.
Hope this help.
Once again, thank you for contacting our support.

Hello Hadders,
Thank you for contacting us …
What I can see is that you did not use the appropriate sitemap. Your sitemap is currently: https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap_index.xml (generated by Yoast SEO plugin) and not https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap.html.
Also, when I look at your robots.txt (https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/robots.txt), I can see 2 major problems
First: you did not use the right sitemap url
Second: you did not add it properly(I’m taking about this line: Allow: /https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap.html)
The best way to add your sitemap URL to your robots.txt is :
sitemap: https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap_index.xml
So, make sure to delete this line : Allow: /https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap.html and paste this line instead: sitemap: https://bayarearoofingcompanies.com/sitemap_index.xml
If you need more Help, please get PRO version.
Hope this help.
