Hi,
The title of this plugin is:”Bulk Auto Image Alt Text (Alt tag, Alt attribute) optimizer (image SEO)”
Where do you see the mention to “Woocommerce”?
We don’t get it…

Good to know !
Unfortunately, we haven’t had the chance to look at this … It could be due to a lot of reasons (not especially related to our plugin). So … as you said: “That’s it”.
Hi,
Thank you for your review.
Regarding this step, it’s a standard “opt-in” form with 2 options. Either “Continue” or “Skip”… and regardless of the chosen option, the plugin installation will be carried out on the site. Essentially, it’s a form asking if the user wants to receive personalized support (which is sometimes necessary to “debug” an issue, and it may be necessary to know the site’s configuration) as well as additional information about the plugin.
Concerning the information shared at the site level, nowadays, there are numerous online tools that allow you to obtain a lot of this information, such as: https://builtwith.com/ (I invite you to test it with any website). Similarly, by right-clicking and selecting “view source” on any site, you can see the CMS used, the theme used (in the case of WordPress), the plugins used, and so on. And some online tools even go beyond that!
In short, there’s no sensitive information here that isn’t already publicly accessible, and again, we leave the choice to the user whether to share it or not.
Lastly, regarding the email… as you can imagine, it’s quite common to have support requests (for various reasons, each as different as the next – compatibility issues, bugs, etc.). Given that the support form is directly integrated into the plugin, in the event of any request, or even an upgrade to a “PRO” version… without the user’s email, it would be impossible for us to respond and therefore, to effectively provide a service to the user.
We hope this has reassured you on the matter.
Regards
Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your issue, there is a good reason why our plugin does not take archive pages into consideration. The main reason is that adding Alt tags for the images contained in these pages makes no sense for SEO.
In fact, for search engines, archive pages most of the time have no interest in terms of SEO because they concentrate a large amount of different content with inappropriate headings.
Archive pages are essentially condensations of content, titles (most of the time: H1), images with different meanings, and equally different content. Therefore, for search engines, it is practically impossible to generate SEO from it, as the page in question (and this is even truer with paginated archives) focuses on no central theme … And adding common alt tags to all images will not change anything.
That’s why our plugin does not support these pages.
We hope this information is clear enough.
Best regards

Hi,
Sorry for the delay !
About this issue, you have an option on setting page called: “Override settings”. From there, you can ask to limit the number of links created per page for the same keyword using the “Max links” option !
Hope it helps !

Hi,
Thank you for contacting our support.
About your question, if you mean several words, separated with a coma, in a single “focus keyword” field … (Meta Tag keyword) then, our plugin will consider all of them as a single entity to be identified within your content in order to create internal links.
Which, actually, won’t happen … (unless it’s a very specific “keyword” always written this way)By the way, it’s not the right way to use this feature. If you want to optimize your content for several “Focus keywords” (Meta tag keywords), it would be more suitable to use the Yoast PRO version.
Hope it helps

@gmandler The issue is fixed in v1.4.6.2. Update the plugin. Let us know if there is still an issue. Thanks
