Also, you’re giving us a negative review for something that we did not advertise at all (Fixing issues with the Linkedin Insight tag) as our plan was to help people add it properly to their website (as described).

If you plan is to review the utility of all plugins available in the WordPress directory, according to your needs, it will take a lot of time!

About your question, we have never verified if our plugin was conmpatible with this plugin.

Did you try on your side?

Considering that our plugin collects META tag Keywords generated from Yoast or Rank math to generate Alt tags, it may be possible to use it with AIOSEO (probably doing the same thing).

About your question, the reason why we added this note is that some people were expecting our plugin to add Alt tags to the Media Library, in backend, including to images not currently used with content on Frontend (which would be useless – as long as an image, uploaded to the Media library, is not added to a post/page/product page, it has no use for SEO or search engines).

(Also, please note that the backend – CMS – is not accessible to search engines)

Also, as you may know, an image can be used multiple times within a website. Using the same Alt tags for the same images but with different content will confuse search engines (not talking about accessibility here) and will be of no use for SEO. You need your Alt tags to be related to the main topic (keyword) of a page to reinforce the meaning of a content (in order to make sure that search engines understand properly the essence of a post/page/product page).

That’s why we decided to add Alt tags (based on Yoast/Rank Math keywords | Post title, etc.) directly within the HTML code for each page/post were they were identified.

Even if you try to create another one, you will have to name it differently … Meaning that Google will never look for it !

About your question, you have to keep the plugin active on your website to keep all Alt tags! No need to subcribe unless you have an online store (requiring the PRO version).

As mentioned on setting page, all Alt tags are added directly within your HTML code, on Frontend and not in the Media Library (an image can be used for several purposes).

Please double check your Frontend code and you will see that all images have Alt tags using Yoast or Rank Math “focus” keywords.

For the sake of clarification, we have gone through our archives and found the exchanges you had with our technical support.

Two observations:

First of all, there is no mention in any of our emails that we refuse to reimburse you. According to our refund policy, as you mentioned (and approved upon purchase of a license), we do offer a “7 day money back guarantee” but on the following terms (100% publicly):

If, during the first 7 days following the Purchase date, You experience a defect that makes the Product’s material functions unusable, and following Your cooperation with our support team we are unable to resolve it, then following Your request we will issue a full refund of the Purchase price. For clarity, any defect or lack of use arising from a conflict or incompatibility with a third party product, is not covered by this policy, and nor are missing Product features.

Also according to the emails exchanged, our technical team offered you help in identifying the feature that caused the problem, but you refused it and directly demanded a refund. We were therefore unable to rule on the merits of your refund request (which is managed by another department).

Then, your emails explicitly mention threats against one of our technicians, in relation to his reputation but also that of our company.

As such, and as we mentioned to you during our last exchange, we have a strict internal policy in this area aimed at protecting the integrity of our employees from this type of abuse (it is important for us). And one of its rules is that we reserve the right to put an end to any inappropriate conversation that could cause harm, by the content of the remarks, to one or other of our employees.

It seems that you have not understood the concept of customer service if for you, it is essentially a question of meeting all of your needs, regardless of the words and means used.

We would sincerely have liked to have had a courteous and professional exchange with you.

About your question, you already have the possibility to add the Page title as Alt text to your image… Unless you wan to add the Page title AND the image name …
