Many thanks for looking into this for us and for liaising with the author of the WooCommerce Booster plugin.

As requested, I have just sent you the login details of an admin account on our staging site where you can investigate the problem further.

We believe the problem is caused by the interaction of your SEO optimised images plugin and the ‘additional product tabs’ element of the Booster Plus plugin. It we switch off the product tabs, then the problem disappears.

It looks like a conflict between your plugin and another plugin called ‘Booster for WooCommerce’:

The conflict seems to be between your plugin and the ‘product tab’ feature of Booster.

Would you have any suggestions how this conflict can be solved?

Many thanks for your reply and for looking into this.

Yes, you have mirrored the exact setting changes correctly that we made.

When these changes are implemented, we find that every page that is styled via the Genesis child theme (Altitude Pro) disappears but also every page created with the BeaverBuilder plugin. All that is left is the header & footer but everything inbetween is gone.

The WooCommerce product pages remain untouched.

We have a staging site, where I could give you access to see this phenomenon.

Hi Billy,

In our case our website’s database was corrupted and we had to go back to a previous version of the site.

Sorry, we can’t be more helpful but we did not find a solution.

Sorry I forgot to mention the set up our site
– WordPress 4.4.2
– WooCommerce 2.5.3
– Genesis 2.2.6 & Altitude Pro Theme
– Cookie Law Info 1.5.3
– BeaverBuilder 1.7.5 – I noticed that pages created with Beaver Builder were less affected by the ‘cookie law info’ plugin problems.
Is there anything else you require ?

Many thanks for your reply.

We have installed both of the following and use them at the same time:
– Google Analytics by Yoast plugin 5.1.4
– WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin 1.3.0

However, we unticked the checkbox ‘add tracking code to your site. You don’t need … 3rd party analytics plugin.’

It seems to track correctly and it doesn’t look like there is double counting.

I will keep a close watch to see if double counting occurs.
