In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyOk, thank you.
I’ve seen the tutorials but still have no clue on how to identify what is related to what.
Unfortunately this is a job I inherited and can’t do from scratch. How do I identify the javascript relating to the clicks that interest me?
As for the JS combine/minify, I was evidently doing some testing by turning them off. They are now restored but the problem remains the same.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyForgive me but I’m not experienced on using dev tools that way.
I usually use the tool to inspect html and some javascript error but I never used it to get downloading time of elements…
If you got some tutorials on how to do that I’ll try it on my own.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyIt’s in Home page after the articles list.
BTW, let’s work on staging copy, I can’t deactivate completely CDN on the production site in weekdays because it takes minutes to get back online.
I opened a report with the Report number:?RRAWVGKILink to the stage site is https://stage.insindacabili.it
It’s a perfect copy with CDN completely deactived.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyDoes the load more (“carica altri”) button works for you?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyI still hit the issue on home as well. Did you surf the site and tried it on other pages than the home?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyPLease, before saying it loads instantly, navigate the site on some article and try to open the menu the moment the page loads without waiting to understand the problem. Then load the home page again a couple of times and try it again on the home.
This is what it shows to me on a fiber home connection:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S3mddYEyavZ-gBlvPpkRAyBwhaq84iPv/view?usp=sharingThis is what it shows to me on a mobile very fast connection: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S3mddYEyavZ-gBlvPpkRAyBwhaq84iPv/view?usp=sharing
As you can see, even on a very fast connection it takes some time to show and the “carica altri” (load more) button doesn’t work.
On the slower (believe me, it’s a fiber fast connection) one it takes centuries to show.Let me know how can I help you to troubleshoot this issue and please let me know if you can replicate the problem.
Thank you
Paolo

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyYes exactly. How long does it take on your phone before it shows from any page on the site?
The typical users of this site are technologically poor, so an excessive delay equates to a problem that will keep them from coming back.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyNope, I’m still having the same problem. the loading of the script for opening the menu from mobile always starts too late and is never as fast as I would expect. Opening the menu from mobile should be immediate and not so slow that you think it’s not working. Have you already tried doing this? Go to the link from your mobile phone and try opening the menu at the top left to understand the issue.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] the javascript menu does not start immediatelyDisabling the CDN involves a series of problems that I cannot support on a site in production. I disabled Hostinger’s cache manager, is that still ok?
