Really? so should it be that the plugin was not designed to work in that manner? because if it where originally planned to work in that manner i wonder why the support team have not said anything in this regards

I am having same issues, normally the fields in the registration form should have an option where one can turn it on or off to either show or not show in the profile fields, also it makes no sense after collecting some information from the user during registration and the user loggs in and can’t find the details he previously filled, it makes site looks childish.
please anyone who can help me with this setting as to have registration fields to also show in edit profile

Please the css removed the button that said check for existing request in the form page which i wanted, but then the page i placed [wsdesk_support display=check_request] is no longer showing users already submitted tickets, why?

Nop, this will affect other areas of my site, i want to restrict the form file attachment only, not the entire wordpress file limit.

but then large limit file size can be a treat to server load, what i basically needs is pdf, jpg and png with a limit of not higher than 1mb

Yes it needs to be added as soon as possible as this poses a great security risk to the server.
please work on it as soon as possible, let there be files types and file size limit, even if the attach button will still be there no problem

Sorry i mean th shortcode [wpsp_open_ticket] should be used to output the open ticket forms, not redirecting to the default selected page that does not allow any form of customization.

Okay, but the coinpayments.net only shows bitcoin cash, etherum, bitcoin and one other coin, I can’t see all the listed coins such as dash coin, ripple and Argur and many others in my plugin or frontend to enable them
