Hi Cory,

I have had a look at the link provided above – and many others. I have installed php7.0-zip but I’m still not understanding it, and the Duplicator plugin is still not working. What is the relevance of the zip.so extension? And how would I install this if it is important?

I’m new to setting up wordpress sites on a local server as well, but used the following tutorial

to set up my first, and understand the relationship between the site and it’s database. I have since used Webmin to setup subsequent sites.

I also can’t see the “Configure Command” line in phpinfo . Also the path for this is incorrect in the link. It should be Duplicator > Tools > Diagnostics > PHPinformation

I think I have the relevant zip package installed – I’ve run ‘sudo apt-cache search php7.0-*’ and can see ‘php7.0-zip – Zip module for PHP’ in the list, but I’m confused about how to get it recognised and working. I looked at the link you sent me and I can see no record of Zip in either the phpinfo or php.ini files.
