I tried several times to respond to the ticket but without success, as if I no longer had access to the ticket.
In the last answer you say that the “fix redirects” feature corrected the links, but that was not true, no 301 link was replaced by the correct link.
Finally I had to correct this problem by modifying directly in the database, which I would have liked to avoid.
This was my 2nd call for help and each time I am disappointed.
