Hi there,
I understand that when you select no image cropping for the welcome/shop page it work on the customize area but doesn’t actually apply the settings on the front end after you have logged out.
Could you share the screenshot of the customize settings and of the page after you have logged out?

You can change the product permalinks from WP-Admin → Settings → Permalinks → Custom Base → Enter “service/”. Save the changes.
