I have not upgrade but it has been resolved. Now I am able to logged into my account as there was w3cache problem. Really thank you so much.

I really don’t no about this I simply type my website url in browser and after logging into wp account it was showing same cappy codding now it is showing my full web site and when again entered into my wp account my all plugins were deactivated why it is so Tara an thanks for ur support
