I tried re-authenticating but the page keeps coming up as “An error occurred. Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
I also tried going directly to https://citrixonline-quick-oauth.herokuapp.com/ and the same error happened.
The last thing I tried is to go to https://app.gotowp.com/ and that worked. The a new access token which fixed the bug. This tutorial helped a lot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhx69Yd0FP0
I wonder if it was the platform type that he mentioned in the end that was updated in Citrix. No matter what, I’m glad it is fixed.
