On the mentioned website, it seems you are using another plugin.

The title text should be only text. For your purpose you can choose a more relevant icon (e.g. video) and for the title you write YouTube and provide the link in the infospot menu -> link.

The Panorom plugin does not have any map functionality. Perhaps the issue is with the plugin you use for map or street view.
