Please see skroutz xml specs.
Valid format examples:

• XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL
• Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large
• 00, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16

So ‘1 ετ?ν’, ‘2 ετ?ν’ are not valid sizes according to skroutz xml specs.

1. Make a new product text attribute (maybe name it MPN)
2. Select this attribute from Map Options->Product Manufacturer SKU
3. Define this new attribute in every product you want to include in skroutz XML

Hit Generate Now button and enjoy.

Valid sizes are documented in scroutz.gr XML specs

These are actually attributes so you can change these by visiting the wc attributes settings.
