In reply to: [Cart66 Lite :: WordPress Ecommerce] lost sales: cart emptyI have the same issue
It appens pretty often with IE but also with Chrome and FF if you leave the page idle for long time but in this case restarting the browser solve the problem
anyway I’m looking somewhere else (another plugin or platform) because I’m striving for nothingForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cart66 Lite :: WordPress Ecommerce] Your cart is emptyyou all right.
could be a new feature for the next releaseForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cart66 Lite :: WordPress Ecommerce] Your cart is emptyup to version 1.1.3 you had to modify the file views/cart-sidebar.php
with version 1.1.4 (and onward) I guess you have to modify your language file in the language folderThank you! I’ll check it out later
I hope it will be included in the main release too
ciaoThank sharepoint-cafe.com but I don’t have other plugins installed.
By the way I’ve seen that in my website the “Continue shopping” button has a strange link: the actual page plus the page where to continue shopping. The value is correctly stored on the database but seems not to be fetch correctly. So… I can’t still figure out what could beumh, browsing the cookies saved in my browser I see that the Cart66SID cookie is bound with https://www.mydomain.com but the other cookies of the site are bound with mydomain.com: I guess that’s the problem indeed the cookies of sharepoint-cafe.com are all bounded to sharepoint-cafe.com
Then, do anyone know how to fix that? ThanksIt was an issue with my newly added addon domain that was confusing Cart66
Please David, could you tell us what was wrong and what those guys have done? I would really appreciate that
Thankok, but after 30+ minutes I can’t buy anything else because the cart get empty by himself every time I try to fill it. I have to reopen the browser to have the cart working properly (at least in my case).
I’ve just pointed that because in IE 7 I’ve always the behaviour described above (I thought this could have been useful for debugging)
ThankFirefox behaves the same (= empty cart bug after a long time of inactivity)
did you try resetting the security, privacy and advanced options for IE?
yes, but without success
and I’ve seen that leaving Chrome inactive for long time (more than an hour) reproduces the problem (empty car on Chrome too)
I’ll try the last version on an offline site
Thanks for the effortI’ve cart66 1.1.2 and I’m still experiencing the “empty cart” bug with IE 7 (not Chrome, FF and Safari).
I’ve activated/deactivated the plugin (the DB has the cart_session table)
I’ve deactivated all the plugins
I’ve checked the permalinks
There’s not the [clear_cart] shortcode on the pages
I’ve PHP 5.1 but the issue should has been resolved with 1.1.2 versionWhat could I do anymore?
yes,
there is not the italian language file, instead the spanish oneForum: Plugins
In reply to: Error on checkout with [checkout_manual] in Cart66 Lite pluginhi there
I’ve the same issue: [checkout_manual] doesn’t work and the server error is:PHP Fatal error: Class 'Cart66Account' not found in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/cart66-lite/views/checkout-form.php on line 2, referer: https://www.mysite.com/store/cart/
I’ve downgraded to version 1.1.2 and is workingp.s. search in google “PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Cart66Account’ ” and you’ll see that other sites have the same problem as well
in the plugin directory there’s a folder named “views”, open the files you find there, look for the words to translate (isn’t too difficult) and do it.
but it’s really a trivial way because at the first update the files will be replaced and you will loose the translation..Forum: Alpha/Beta/RC
