What might help is (temporarily) changing the interval at which it should update, have you tried that yet? And if not, could you try it and let me know if that fixed it or not?

For the second issue, are you sure you have not excluded it in the settings of the plugin?

This is something we’ve been looking into but currently have been unable to do, WordPress won’t let us use the subsites’ url for this so we’ll have to find a way around that restriction.
