As of now it’s not possible to create one sitemap for multiple multisites, I might add this in the future but I can’t say for sure.

I’ve fixed the overlapping issue for the next release.

It’s odd that your sitemap got deleted a few times, we used to create one automatically if it didn’t exist but that was causing more issues than having to manually create it.

My bet is that removing the line “define(‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, ‘minor’);” should fix the issue ??

That’s really odd. Have you tried changing the interval at “Outdated software”? And I’ll have a look at why it would send empty e-mails, that shouldn’t happen ofcourse.
