I purchased the “User and Order Export” Plugin the other day. I was informed that I would be able to export Users, Orders, and Products… and while I see how to export Users, I can not figure out how to export the Orders or Products. Could you please explain this to me.
Thanks,
RobAlso, is it possible for me to change the word “Delivered” to “Shipped” in my backend?
This was I can notify the client that the item has been shipped and is on it’s way to the destination.
Thanks,
RobAny thoughts on any of these issues?
Thanks,
Rob1. All I know, is that the orders in the backend never move tabs as the order progresses. I’ve personally never been able to complete a checkout without actually buying something… is there a way to do a test and not use a credit card so that I can see how it finishes?
2. I want to view all Item and variations, in one easy to view location. I can not do that right now. I have to drill down into the product > variation for everyone that has multiple variations. I need to be able to easily see everything and whether it is in stock or not… without drilling into it.
3. I saw this plugin before. It talks about the Users Data and Order data, but will I also be able to export regular product data also?
Thanks,
RobFor the first one, we have customers completing the process and making the payment through the eprosessing network payment gateway. We’re getting an email from the gateway informing us that the purchase has indeed been completed, but when I go into our backend, orders are only located in the “All” tab and the “Created” tab. I then have to cross reference the email to figure out which orders were completed and which orders were abandoned.
Is there a way to ensure everything moves through the process as the customer is going through it?
Second, When I click on the “Products” menu, I am able to view the different products, their quantities, price, and so on. However, if a product has multiple variations, those variations do not show up within this area. I need to be able to find out quickly what items are out of stock. I would like to be able to view all items and their variations in one location without having to continue to click on items and drill down.
Thirdly, is there a way to export the information from my store so that I can view it in excel, keep a backup, and sort between what I have versus what people have been buying?
Thanks,
RobAlso, is there a way to view EVERY item and it’s quantity… like an Overview?
Right now I’m using variations, and I can’t see any information within that variation without clicking the item, then selecting that variation.
And possibly a way to export the data into excel or csv to view all products that way and keep track of it.
I have a question,
When someone adds a product to the cart, then begins the checkout process, the information about this potential sale goes into the created section of the Orders area in the backend.
However, no matter what a customer does after that, it doesn’t move it into the pending or paid area.
Is there something I’m missing?
Thanks,
RobHow soon do you think that will be? And what file has the javascript in it that redirects so I can go ahead and fix it on my site now?
I have to have this fixed today so that I can launch this site today.
Thanks,
RobThanks for the addon advice, that was exactly what I was looking for.
Now, the last issue that I’m having, if you add-to-cart more item than are available while on a page that has variations, the page is redirected to a 404 page.
Do you know what might be cause this?

you can try it on this page… choose an option from the dropdown, then a quantity more than the available quantity.
Thanks,
RobThanks… I don’t have that addon. I’ll check it out.
I’ve been searching all over but can’t seem do what I’m needing to do.
I have a few products that have gone on sale, and would like to display the regular price next to the sale price.
What’s the best way to do that to enter a sale price?
Yeah I’m not sure how to reproduce it either. The thing is, it’s not a localized issue to my machine, when the issue occurs it’s noticed on any computer that’s being used to work on the site… which leads me to believe the glitch is in the code somewhere.
Not sure if y’all have found a fix for this yet or not, but as a temporary workaround, I added this code to the /wp-admin/admin-footer.php just before the closing body:
<script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"> jQuery(".closed").removeClass("closed") </script>
That is correct. If I “View Source” i can see that the element has a class of “closed”
Glitched out again….
