Moreover, you can download the dummy data via Tools > Import > WordPress and import the XML file. You can download the XML file from here. https://doc.paragonthemes.com/newie/#ImportDummyData
You will get the zip file, extract it from the dummy.xml file.

If you have your own content, it’s not recommended to import dummy data. Your content will be lost after importing the data.

Thank you so much for using our theme Placid. While checking contact form 7 with the login, it’s looking fine here in our demo. Can you please check once by deactivating other installed plugins and check once. May be plugin is causing the issue. Let us know how it works.

1. Header Image is designed in such way that it will appear only on home page. So if you need that image on inner pages, you need to customize it.
2. If you want to localize the theme on your own language, you can translate the theme easily from here. https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-themes/placid
