@ooohboi, my addon had the same issue too. Instead of using the “condition” key for applying responsive condition, use “device_args” key for the same. That works in v3.4+

I activated the plugin, cleared the cache, and tried again, and this time, it worked just fine! Received the email as expected.

So I guess either it was a caching related thing or some other temporary issue.

I thought something was wrong with my 5.5 update install or maybe some JS error causing the drag handle to not appear. Completely unnatural and wasn’t able to figure it out for half an hour now until I stumbled upon this thread.

@fransallen, when I logged in today, found that the notice no longer appears. So, no idea why it didn’t work at that time but then worked automatically.

Thanks @fransallen, but it does not work on my site. Updated to v0.6.2

Clicking the close icon does trigger an AJAX query, but returns a 403 error with a “-1” response (in the Network tab of Devtools).

@salvatorefresta, sorry for the off-topic continuation, but any plans to add Varnish support for the internal caching system? Because Cloudways has Varnish pre-installed, so makes sense to take advantage of that.

I guess that can go into tabs on the same page.

The reason I ask for this is this plugin is not something that one has to access every day and it’s taking up important space in the sidebar menu and is distracting.. not a good UX.

BTW, I am seeing minified files even when I’m logged in.

So, can there be an option in the settings panel to turn caching on/off for logged in users? Also, some more control over features in the form of options would be much appreciated (for eg: To keep minification on/off, to allow or not allow hotlinking of images, etc.)

Also, another great feature would be automatic purging of cache of specific intervals.

Based on some tests that I did before and after activating WP Roids, I’m seeing some impressive results with this plugin. A little more control over the plugin features would be awesome in my opinion.

@philmeadows The plugin is working fine now, and looking at the source code, the code is minified.

Just a quick question, I’m using Cloudflare, and since there’s no options panel for the plugin to control minification, I guess I need to turn off the minification from Cloudflare, right?

So, you mean that the issue is .htaccess file not writable? But, I was able to see the WP Roids htaccess rules when I checked a few days ago.

The problem still persists (plugin automatically gets deactivated when the website is viewed once from the frontend).

BTW. I’m not using WordFence plugin.

Though, I’ve installed 2 more plugins on my site:
1. Header and Footer
2. Really Simple SSL
…in addition to all the plugins that I have listed down before.
