Sorry guys. All fixed. The issue resolved when I changed all references in database that had somehow the sign percent twenty at the end of the domain by using SCR tool. Now all back to normal.

Now I managed to log on to admin but all my graphics and other internal links have same issue. themes not working graphics and thumbnails show no images although as soon as remove (percent twenty) from the end of domain.

yes definitely I did.

after transferring site to new domain and following all procedures including changing all required in config.php file I cant login to admin. Each time I click to submit i have “percent twenty” symbol added to my domain after the last letter before slash and therefore the login failed. Same happens if I enter directly reset password and other functions. Need your help. Thanks
