It still doesn’t work when i put it in the box text, but it does when I put it in the title link. Just doesn’t apply the smooth scroll plugin.

Yep, I want to use Easy smooth scroll links (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-smooth-scroll-links/) in conjunction with the Visual Slider.
For example:
https://hrly.outsourcemarketing.com/index.php/employers-2/I want to use the top section image-hovers to anchor tag to the corresponding sections on the page. I know you can do it by just simply putting the anchor tag link url into the “Title Link” visual slider but in order to make it work with the smooth scroll link plugin you need to add the “a href=…” code so it recognizes it and applies a smooth transition to the scroll.
