Ok, now it is working for me. I changed this:
$orig_full_path = $upload_base_dir . "/" . $original_sub_path;

to this:
$orig_full_path = $original_sub_path;

However, when I am on a subblog, I get the following error message, which is similar for each item in my media library.

It looks like it could be a path/directory issue.

@scotm, thanks for your patience. I believe there was a misplaced “div” tag which should be fix in the new version I just committed. You should see it in a few minutes. Please let me know if for some reason it is not fixed for you.

Ok, disabling all the plugins didn’t work either.

I did disable some, but I will go back and disable all of them to see if that makes a difference.
