If you can contact with editor users in your language, Notify them for accepting translate.

You can export and copy file to this directory
wp-content/languages/plugins
and rename to wp-telegram-pro-ru_RU.po, wp-telegram-pro-ru_RU.mo

And replace image_url_custom_field with your meta key.
