In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Email IssuesThanks Versatile I’ll give it a look.
Buzztone, I have been trying to invesitgate this with my web host and they think it’s not them. They clueless as to how to help. Of course they are all in India and there is a communication barrier. Sometimes I don’t know what they are telling me and I don’t think they understand what I am telling them.

In reply to: changing fontsThanks Respectyoda, but I do not know how to code, so I need the plug-ins.
Thanks James, I don’t need a whole lot of types of fonts. I just need three or four that work well for my blog. I think the plug you told me about will work well, now that I figured out the wrapping of a photo by the text is done while editing the photo.

In reply to: changing fontsHi James. Question about fonts again. Is there a way to wrap text around photos? I am having trouble finding that feature.
Thanks!

Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: I need help and a possible alternativeIt seems Safari must do a better job with tracking with the correct password then Chrome. I’ll have to check the password manager in Chrome.
I look in the css file for the fonts.
Hopefully taking a better look at the live view and making adjustments in there will give me a better idea for what a theme will look like. I’ll have to do that more when choosing a theme.
Thanks for all your kind help, James!

In reply to: Contacting a theme designer (Invisible Assassin)I didn’t know that it had URL on a “WordPress repository”. I just found it through my Dashboard> Appearances> Themes. So I googled “WordPress repository” and found it here https://www.ads-software.com/themes/invisible-assassin. I then followed the links to a contact form. Thanks. I can contact him from there.

In reply to: Switching ThemesThe good news is that if you switch back to your current theme, WordPress will remember your menus, widgets, etc., and everything will be the way it was before you switched.
That’s what I was asking about. So I can safely experiment, but if I return to my old theme everything will be the way I left it.
Thanks!

Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: I need help and a possible alternativeAs far as the Installation goes the web host I’ve been using for years doesn’t have a simple install, but that is all in the past now anyway.
Thanks for more information about the fonts. I didn’t realize each theme had its own fonts. I still don’t know how to find the fonts the theme uses.
As far as the password, I don’t use password manager. I don’t know what that is. And it just happened again this morning. When I went to my administration site with Google Chrome, it wouldn’t let me in, either with the stored password or with me typing it. I was using a simple password I created yesterday. I knew exactly what it was. Fortunately, with Safari I was still logged in. So I change the password in Safari and went back to Google Chrome to login. I’m not sure why I continue to have this issue. I did the exact same thing yesterday.
Here’s an example of how a theme would look different. When I look at the sample of the theme there is a header photo and then several thumbnails with each blog. When I check out the live preview of that theme would look like for my page, It does not look that way at all, even though I have a header set for my current theme and thumbnails.
I get what you’re saying about chefs and theme designers, but it makes it hard to choose the correct theme when I don’t know exactly what it will look like. If there is a way to attach a photo I will send you screenshots.
Thanks!
