Hi Josh, thats exactly my problem. I bought the theme based on the features for a travel site. Out of the box it worked, but not any more. As the site matured with plugins and tweaking, the slider stopped and the developer has stopped addressing the issue. Not only me but a stack of other users in the support forum. All asking for help with the slider.
My preferance would be to remove the slider and install showtime. You can see where the coda slider is now. https://www.karooplaces.com
It’s a tech job which I can’t do. Any thoughts on this.

Hi Josh, just reading the above and am impressed with your help. My site is https://www.karooplaces.com I have a built in coda slider (part of the theme. It is not working and the theme support has vanished. I’m not a techi although I built the site. Can you see why the slider is not working. Is it possible to remove the coding for the slider. I’d like to install Showtime which is a really great picture player. I’d like to install it in exactly the same space as the coda slider. Is this a big job and is it possible.

Thanks for the plan plxlar8. As soon as I published a post the sitemap built. The test button and the mauual (re)build button does not work. I got an email from Joost. They are tweeking the code and will do an upgrade soon. The plugin is really great, but I just find the support and accompanying documentation really bad. It’s designed for techies I think, and if you are a novice or beginner like me it’s quite something to get help.
