Gmedia will not work if you have some plugins which “optimize” JS files or move inline JS code to a separate place. These optimizers broke the gallery code and Gmedia stop working.

Добрый день, установите/обновите модули для Gmedia Gallery плагина. Зайдите в Gmedia Modules и установите Phantom модуль и те, которые вам нужны для галерей.

You can do it with a CSS code. You can add it at Advanced tab when edit gallery:
.pgc-rev-lb-d-counter-wrap { display: none; }

Ok, there is new release of Gmedia Gallery plugin. Please, update to the v1.21.8 and tell if it fix the problem.

I’m not sure if you have the latest version of WaveSurfer module. Go to Gmedia Modules page and update modules to the latest version. Also be sure that all color fields in WaveSurfer settings are filled with the color.

Try reset cache plugins, that you have installed like WP Super Cache or other.
Also try go to WP Settings -> Permalinks and click Save Settings to update permalinks on your website.

If it is not help, try temporary disable plugins which “optimise” your website like Autooptimize and other.

If problem still exists you need to look at error_log file on your server, copy errors and send them to me.

Also clear cache of special plugins which “optimise” code, like Autooptimize and so on. If not work try temporary disable it.

Be sure you have latest versions of these modules. Go to Gmedia Modules admin page and update modules to the latest version.

First, try clear browser cache or open your WP Dashboard in browser’s private window. If clearing cache doesn’t solve the problem, then send me some screenshots.

Version 1.21.5 just released. Fixed editing. Additional modules can be installed on Gmedia Modules admin page.
