The same happened to me. They are defrauding users with an automatic renewal that is not done by the user. I DID TOURN OFF THIS AUTOMATIC RENEW SINCE MY FIRST PURCHASE. IN MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION IT IS WRITTEN MANUAL RENEW. That’s very bad. They have being doing it in such a way hiding behind their TOS wherever we ask for explanation they just send us back with an arguing of terms and conditions. THAT’S NOT THE POINT. THE POINT IS THAT THEY ARE DEFRAUDING – CHEATING ON. As if they had the power to impose whatever they want to people. That’s very serius and WORDPRESS community should get together against this company. That goes agains WORDPRESS PRINCIPLES.
