I contacted my hosting provider and they said nothing is blocked so it must be a problem on the configuration.
I tried all the fixes on the tutorial but nothing worked.(
sudo nano /etc/hosts)
The step by step istallation that i did was exactly this tutorial on a fresh VPS.
