Wordfence Modified Files?

    Hey, just did a scan on a new site using Wordfence, got these results in the modified files.

    Surely nothing to worry about? But I wonder why this shows up.

    This is nothing to worry about. I am not sure why it shows up, unless you’re installing my plugins from someplace other than the w.org repo.
