I have mine set to None (for Opinionated Styles) and Dashicons are still loading.

I am also experiencing this issue for the exact same reason.

I also have this issue from time to time on random posts and sometimes a page of posts.

I usually go into the posts and paste the video oembed link again and save to clear it up, but obviously that is not ideal.

Not sure the combination of things that cause it to happen either.

Each of the attempt looks like its using XML-RPC to make the 100 attempts in one http request, and would probably explain why the Blacklist log was lacking in details.

I imagine this is not something that IP Blacklist Cloud is meant to handle but if it is let me know or if anyone has a good recommended way to deal with this.

Never mind, seems to have resolved itself.
