Hallo,

zuletzt hat es eine Umbenennung von Klassen/Methoden gegeben (nun gem?? WP Coding Guidelines). Das Datenbankschema ist aber unver?ndert, d.h. wenn du direkt auf die Datenbank zugreifst, sollten die letzten Updates keine Probleme verursachen.

k?nnt ihr den Bugfix wie von Stefan beschrieben einmal bei euch testen?

Da der Bug nur bestimmte PHP-Konfigurationen betrifft, ist das leider nicht ganz so einfach zu testen.

vielleicht magst du den Hinweis unter https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bei-mir-auch-seit-update-keine-zahlung-mehr/#post-10329220 einmal bei dir testen? (einfach die eine Datei via FTP überschreiben und dann nochmal testen, ob es funktioniert)

Der Fehler scheint nur mit bestimmten PHP-Konfigurationen aufzutreten.

Guten Tag,

direkt nach der Installation zeigt das Plugin “Keine Daten verfügbar” an, weil es noch keine Daten zum Auswerten gibt. Sobald der erste Aufruf getrackt wurde, sollte das Dashboard Widget dies nach vier Minuten (solange wird die Auswertung intern gecacht) anzeigen.

Im Zweifelsfall schau mal in der Datenbank nach, ob dort Eintr?ge in der Tabelle Statify gibt.

Seit dem letzten Release gibt es leider einen Bug, der nur in wenigen PHP-Konfigurationen reproduzierbar ist (siehe https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bei-mir-auch-seit-update-keine-zahlung-mehr/#post-10329220).

Hallo LSBK,

wenn ich das gerade auf die schnelle gesehen habe, holt sich das Statify Widget die Daten für die Anzeige selbst aus der Datenbank. Ich sehe daher keinen Zusammenhang mit den jüngsten ?nderungen in Statify.

Vielleicht kann @bitnulleins als Entwickler des Statify Widgets hier helfen?

Welche Zeitspanne wurde zurückgesetzt? Kannst du diese wieder ?ndern und das Widget wieder aktivieren? Wenn nein, welche Fehlermeldung erh?lst du?

Hallo Jürgen,

wie ich sehe, hast du JavaScript-Tracking aktiv. Ich konnte gerade nachvollziehen, dass beim Aufruf deiner Startseite https://www.deine-domain.de/?statify_referrer=https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bei-mir-auch-seit-update-keine-zahlung-mehr/&statify_target=/ aufgerufen wurde. Das sollte einen entsprechenden Eintrag in der Datenbank zur Folge haben. Kannst du das einmal prüfen?

Laut HTTP-Daten l?uft deine Seite unter PHP 5.5.38 – diese Version unterstützen wir nicht mehr offiziell.

ich gehe davon aus, dass du JavaScript-Tracking nicht aktiviert hast (weil kein Tracking-Code auf der o. g. Seite).

Die PHP-Version w?re ggf. auch noch relevant. Wir supporten offiziell PHP 5.6+.

Auch eine Liste mit allen installierten Plugins. Hast du mal probiert, alle Plugins au?er Statify zu deaktivieren und geschaut, ob es dann funktioniert? So k?nnten wir auszuschlie?en, dass es einen Konflikt zwischen Statify und einem anderen installierten Plugin gibt.

Kannst du mal in der Datenbank nachschauen, ob wirklich keine Eintr?ge gespeichert werden?

there is another support question for the same problem. The entries “https://Array” are caused by an incompatibility between an older Statify and WordPress version (to precise Statify is not compatible with versions lower than 4.7).

If you had installed WordPress 4.6 (or older) with a version of Statify affected by this incompatibility, wrong entries were logged in the database – which may still be used for the evaluation on the dashboard until they expire (depending on the data storage setting).

Can you execute the following query on your WordPress database to verify my assumption that the problem is an old one and fixed already?

select max(created) 
from wp_statify
where target = "https://Array"

If I’m right the result will be an older date (before you updated to WordPress 4.7+).

Hi Stefan,

note that the diagrams on your screenshot are a functionality of Statify – Extended Evaluation (currently not on w.org due to licensing issues, Download on GitHub). A new release is planned for September 2018.

The numbers seem to fit to the diagram. Note that the diagram is limited to a certain number of entries.

this will be fixed in the next release (cp. closed issue).

Releases of Statify – Extended Evaluation are available at the project’s GitHub repository. The chart library used until version 2.4 is not compatible with the GPL, what’s why it was removed from the w.org directory.

Hey nyks-barton,

the only thing you have to do is to enable JavaScript tracking in the Statify settings. If you open the source code of your website and search for “Statify” you’ll find the JavaScript code – so everything is fine.

After enabling the JavaScript tracking you may need to clear the cache of your caching plugin to ensure that every page contains the JavaScript code.

There is a licensing issue with the library used for the charts: www.ads-software.com forces the whole plugin code to be compatible with the GPL, which this library is not. I’ll need some time to replace the library with another solution. Therefore the plugin is temporarily not available on www.ads-software.com.

The security of your site is not affected. After the plugin is compatible with the guidelines, the plugin will hopefully be listed here again and you’ll receive updates as usual.
