Any Feedback for me?
There are several new entries now. I never got an email with the form data, only the ransomware-style “There are 5 entries, pay if you want to see them” mails…They tricked you too @alexandresta.
This tool is not free, they hold your data hostage till you pay.No, no, there is no misunderstanding:
If we don’t pay, we will not get our data.
Simple as that.
And pretty F-ed up.Yes. That’s the hostage situation.
I receive a reminder mail every few days, that there is 1 entry that I can only see if I pay for the backup upgrade. In Germany, we have a word for that: “L?segeldforderung”

So the entry is gone now?
And why is there one email with the information about a new entry – but no information WHAT was entered?So basically, you’re holding this entry hostage till I pay for Pro…

We have the “Store results permanently in database” enabled.
And the link you provided actually just talks about the good old “switch the plugins off” troubleshooting. (Not that helpful, if you need people to fill out the quiz).
Is there no logging file?
Or any other help with debugging?
I mean, we have the information about all people who filled out the quiz via email, and we know which ones are in the database and which are not.
Is there any way to see the errors, why those are not written into the DB?

But anyway, I think others could need help too:- What could be going wrong when emails are sent, but only half are written in the database?
