Hi Pasber,
it’s the header for all the pages within https://www.pcs.org. I did try a flash code/tag but must admit that I’m new at this and not exactly sure where to start. We have had a rotate.php in the header to interchange .jpg headers but would now like to start placing .swf flash headers.
