Thanks for replying, this only happens on “customer completed order” email type… Yes I have tested with [xyz], lorem ipsum etc… so it is not the text itself that is error, its the input field that does not get reflected into the live editor. The letters typed does not get reflected in the emails… and it doesn’t show in the live emails either. Any help appreciated.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Very annoying indeed. So I will clear cache regularly then until a permanent solution. Hope it gets updated soon :).
