Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your help. I’ve uninstalled the plugin and installed a different plugin for Stripe. Everything seems to be functioning now. Thanks anyway for your support. Have a great day!

had to restore my back up from Siteground. That plugin would not allow me to enter my website or make any changes.

P.S. I forgot to mention that once a client makes payment, they are automatically directed to the order received page on Woo, which is fine. I’d like to do the same for Stripe. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!

Sorry for the late reply. I didn’t get the notification on my email.

I resolved this issue with PayPal, I am now having the issue with Stripe. I contact them, but I am unable to speak to anyone that can help me.

I am not sure I am understanding. My developer told me that I can consult this forum. I am a client of WordPress since I have purchased a WordPress site. I no longer have a business relationship with the developer and I am hosting elsewhere because he was always having issues with his server. I would like to know how I can get assistance for something so irrelevant. No one else has responded other than a moderator here. Do you filter the requests?

Dev49.net, thank you for your advice, but to be honest with you all this stuff happens when there are updates with either wordpress or wooCommerce. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay someone every time there is an update that doesn’t depend from me.

Thanks for the link. I don’t know if my client doesn’t receive email. The only thing I am sure of is that I don’t get the order notification. I know I have an order because I get an email from Paypal. I’ve always gotten order notifications as well as customer contact emails and now nothing….and this is after the WooCommerce update. Does the link you sent me still apply?
