The plugin says it is 3.0.0. Isn’t that the new platform plugin?

Is there a charge for the new platform?

The problem suddenly went away yesterday. Looks like time.ly fixed whatever was wrong with their server so when the plugin phones home it doesn’t timeout. I also use ManageWP and all the AI1EC sites were disconnected over the weekend — they are now back.

I can’t find any changes in the Paypal docs.

Do you know what the last 4 items in the form data are? They are not anywhere in the form, even as hidden fields. I don’t know where they are coming from. Here’s what Firefox shows:

There are no such field names in the form. Could some other plugin be adding that to the form data when it is submitted? I don’t know how the mechanism works.

This may not be what Paypal is complaining about, but it looks fishy.

I am going to see if the client will agree to all uppercase. I think that’s easiest (for me). ??

If he doesn’t agree, I will try translating.

text-transform: capitalize; does work, but also capitalizes Am and Pm. That looks bad.

I am going to advise my client to either leave it alone, or use text-transform: uppercase; on the whole lines.

I think I can use text-transform: capitalize;

Thank you. I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear. My client wants it to say:
Sunrise
Sunset
All lower case, but initial uppercase letter. That would require changing the string somewhere in the PHP code, wouldn’t it?

I figured it out. If I delete cookies for the site in the browser it works.

I have given up on doing any math magic, The site has to go live on Friday so I have no time.

The problem I am having now is I am trying to have a multi-part form. Page 1 sends the admin email (and stores in DB) when user clicks “Continue” button. Page 2 displays the form field values then submits to Paypal when user clicks “Submit” button. It works until I edit Page 1 form to change something and when I load the page containing the form (Page 1) it skips Page 1 of the form and goes right to Page 2 and displays blank fields. I have cleared caches (server and browser) with no effect. The “Back” button goes to Paypal instead of to Page 1.

I was hoping for a few more hints than that, I’m not a Javascript guru. Do you have any examples handy?

Another question — When I post the form to Paypal there is no confirmation email sent to admin. Paypal doesn’t send most of the fields collected via the form. Is there any way to have cformsII send the admin email with all the info after Paypal completes the transaction?

I’m pretty sure I tried logging out and in again on all the sites that exhibit this issue. Next time it happens I will log out/in and make a note of which site it was so I will know if deactivation happens after that on that site.

I have this same issue on several of my clients’ sites. Extended Views plugin keeps getting deactivated. They are logged in to time.ly account. Server did not go down. If the issue is a security/firewall plugin blocking something, what are time.ly’s server IP addresses so I can whitelist them?

Or is there some other solution to the problem?

Clear Image Cache didn’t help. I am hesitant to Reset Options because I don’t know what options were changed by the previous administrator. I don’t know what options I need to restore after the reset. Is there a way to list everything that isn’t a default option?
